Christian Rangen works with senior leadership on innovative strategic transformation, innovation strategies, business model innovation & creative leadership development. Besides working with global companies to overcome their top strategy & innovation challenges, he also develops programs and lectures at BI Norwegian Business School. He is an active public speaker and presents frequently at international innovation and strategy conferences.

Elisabeth Øvstebø is Co-Founder and Board Member at Engage // Innovate. She has an extensive experience managing large-scale transformation projects. She is also an experienced business coach and change agent. She is the lead author of Dream Bigger – Your Innovation Sketchbook.
Today, she spends most of her time running an early stage venture fund, Link Venture Capital.
